GORDOM USLUGE d.o.o. will make every effort to resolve any ambiguity, complaint, or objection as quickly as possible, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and with the aim of reaching a mutual agreement.
Complaints are received by the administrative department and handled by the responsible department.

The complaint resolution process is confidential. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
This procedure is based on the Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Act and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
